Shipping policy

all domestic orders are sent with NZ Post unless otherwise agreed upon by the customer.
please allow 3-6 working days for your parcel to arrive, please add an extra 2-3 working days for rural delivery and small towns.
we will process your order within 24 weekday hours of confirmation, however if we are in a busy period, then please allow 2-3 days for us to process.
an email with a tracking number will be sent and use can use this at www.nzpost.co.nz if an order is lost in transit then the delivery company is your first port of call, otherwise contact us for assistance.
any special conditions to delivery such as "ok to leave at the back door", "put behind the potplant beside the door" "leave at the office" etc are at the customers own risk and void any liability for Touch yarns & the delivery agents

overseas orders under NZD$250 are sent with NZ Post and are not tracked or traced. please allow 6-10 working days for delivery.
orders valued over NZD$250 will be sent via NZ Post courier service. a tracking number will be emailed to you.
import duties, taxes and brokerage fees that maybe applied during custom clearance are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
